HSE Advisor

We work actively to improve our capabilities within HSE (Health, Safety and Environment) and are looking for a co-worker to contribute within this exciting area. You will join a small, dedicated corporate HSSE team that work closely together with the organization to achieve this goal.

Your role:

You will manage tasks related to Statkraft’s HSE improvement plan and processes, as well as provide support to our Business Areas. Main responsibilities include the following:

  • Manage tasks related to Statkraft’s HSE improvements in close collaboration with our HSE & Security network and other stakeholders across the organization
  • Provide services, advice and implementation support to business and staff areas
  • Support Business Areas or projects on specific assignments
  • Improve and simplify processes and governing documents in line with the new strategy
  • Support development, execution, and maintenance of HSE training
  • Support HSE analysis and be responsible for reporting processes
  • Develop material to enable effective implementation and use of requirements and tools
  • Improve and maintain content on the HSSE portal

Your profile:

We are looking for a co-worker with these qualifications:

  • Degree in relevant discipline
  • Minimum 3 years of experience from work with HSE
  • High digital competence and ability to quickly learn new systems
  • Practical hands-on experience in HSE work is an advantage
  • Ability to produce good, clear communication material and documents
  • A team player with good interpersonal and relationship skills
  • Highly analytical, structured, productive and detailed oriented
  • Fluent in English and Norwegian, both written and orally

The position will be located at the head office in Lilleaker, Oslo, Norway, and reports to VP HSE. Some traveling may be required but this will not be frequent.
