In Germany Statkraft has, since 1999, been an active trader of power, gas, renewable and emission certificates and a broad range of structured products. We are one of the leading players and service providers in managing distributed energy generation.
What we do:
Statkraft is Germany’s market leader in Germany in the direct sales support scheme. We do the forecasting, trading, balancing and billing for approximately 12,000 MW renewable installations from third parties. The “Sales”” department has the commercial responsibility for handling an existing portfolio of roughly 1,500 contracts with renewable producers (wind, PV, biomass and hydropower). Furthermore, the department is in charge of the acquisition of new customers, leading all commercial negotiations with operators and financing banks as well as representing Statkraft at industry fairs and conferences.
In your role as Key Account Manager in Düsseldorf, you will take responsibility for finding marketing solutions for PV operators. This includes direct marketing for EEG subsidized plants as well as marketing via PPAs for new, unsubsidized plants.
